Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, we will promptly remove the infringing material and make a good faith effort to contact the user who uploaded or embedded the content via email.

Supersees operates in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and benefits from the protections provided under this Act. We have established a policy for addressing claims of copyright infringement and may terminate users who are found to be repeat infringers at our discretion. Furthermore, we reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to our services, or to remove, edit, or disable any user-generated content that allegedly infringes on another party’s copyright.
